You are ready to heal yourself and your lineages and let go of all of the deeply rooted beliefs that you have inherited from family and culture that communicate you are too much, not enough, or that you have to be perfect in order to fulfill your dreams. Embodied Freedom Creator
Women who lead can suffer from anxiety, people pleasing behaviors, questions of self-worth, perfectionism, and personal boundaries. We will explore the roots of trauma, shame, and your shadow together in a safe and guided relationship. In this first step, we utilize knowledge within body-centered psychotherapy, somatic mindfulness, and energy healing when exploring your inner feminine and masculine archetypes and wounding. You will do the deep healing work required to clear space and inhabit your body again so creative consciousness can flow through. When you are embodied and present, you become more sensitive to receive joy, pleasure, and abundance, without being blocked by your past trauma, blocked grief, and shame.
Conscious Creation
What wants to be born though you now? You will learn skills and tools and have high-level support that provides structure and framework to create sacred ground for your wild and sensitive leader self to be born. Knowing who you truly are beyond conditioning of the dominant culture includes connecting to your own unique life force energy, your Earth worshiping ancestors and invisible guides, and your true sense of belonging. I provide you with customized meditation practices and Earth based rituals to reconnect you with inner and outer nature, your unique magick, and wildness. Emergent leadership is relational and connected to your heart, community, and the more than human world. You will create from wild soul and Earth source, and write your new story from your actualized and aligned self.

You will be supported in crossing your threshold into the new chapter. Whole, ALIVE, you are the embodiment and union of the integrated wild feminine and masculine. Your leadership is YOU shining your full self into the world. With compassion and self forgiveness, you lovingly tend to your inner parts. In your power, you know who you are, and you assert your truth, create with passion and fire, implement and hold boundaries, and rest and flow with the seasons. Your body and inner wisdom is your most powerful guide, no longer seeking outside validation from gurus, teachers or masculine authority figures. The instinctual nature is your muse and your genius, and you inhabit your own unique role in the wider web of life. Your well ancestors thank you, as you have returned to the Earth, and have remembered what it means to be a human BEING, connected to community and nature.
